Celena ("we", "us", "our") operates the website celena.io. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
- Contact details you provide through our enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address and any message you send us.
- Usage data collected automatically when you browse the site: pages viewed, the approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you reached us (for example, from a search engine or an advertisement). The location is determined on our server from your IP address; we do not store your IP address, and the city is only an approximation, not your exact address.
3. How and why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or our services.
- To measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising.
- Legal basis: your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and our legitimate interest in running and growing our business.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use our own first-party analytics together with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the results of our advertising. For this we use cookies and similar identifiers stored in your browser to count visits and recognise returning sessions, and we record the usage data described above, including the approximate city-level location derived from your IP address (without storing the IP itself). Location data is provided by DB-IP (db-ip.com). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
5. Conversion tracking
When you submit a form on our site, we use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure advertising performance. With enhanced conversions enabled, limited contact details you provide (such as your email or phone number) may be sent to Google in hashed, irreversible form to attribute conversions. We never send this information to Google in plain text.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with service providers that help us operate the site and our advertising, such as Google. These providers process data on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.
7. Data retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted. Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics may be kept for longer.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@celena.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
