Privacy Policy

These provisions regarding the confidentiality of personal data constitute the official Privacy Policy of the website https://celena.io/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") during the provision of services and sale of products by the Service Provider (Seller).

The Service Provider (Seller) recommends that Customers (Buyers) carefully read this Privacy Policy when using the Website. By using the Website, the Customer (Buyer) accepts the rules described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, international legal acts in the field of collection, processing, protection, and use of personal data, as well as other regulatory documents governing the processing, storage, and transfer of personal data on the Internet.

1. Purpose of Personal Data Use


1.1. To carry out the activities of the Service Provider (Seller) — provision of services and sale of software products.

1.2. Administration of the Website

1.3. To provide Customers (Buyers) with the ability to use the services of the Website (to use the CMS and purchase Products on the Website).

1.4. Sending notifications and emails to the Customer (Buyer).

1.5. Other types of personal data usage that arise in the course of providing services on the Website.


2. Collection, Processing, Storage, and Transfer of Personal Data


2.1. A Customer (Buyer) who has reached the age of 18, by registering on the Website, voluntarily gives the Service Provider (Seller) consent to process their personal data provided during the creation of an account and in the personal account.

2.2. Processing of personal data includes any actions and/or set of actions related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use, and dissemination (implementation, transfer), deletion of the Customer's (Buyer's) personal data to ensure the operation of the Website.

2.3. The scope of the Customer's (Buyer's) personal data subject to processing and which may be included in personal data databases is defined as any information about the Customer (Buyer) (posted in their account) that becomes known to the Service Provider (Seller).

2.4. By registering their account on the Website, the Customer (Buyer) confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy on the Website and understand their rights as defined by the laws of Ukraine and the GDPR, as well as the purpose of the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data. The Customer (Buyer) also agrees that the term of processing their personal data is indefinite or until the consent is withdrawn.

2.5. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the personal data database or a separate table of the Website's database.


3. Information and Data Collected During Website Use


3.1. The Service Provider (Seller) may collect information that can identify the Customer (Buyer): name and surname, contact phone number, email address ("personal data"). By using the Website, the Customer (Buyer) consents to the collection, analysis, and storage of the aforementioned data.

3.2. By registering on the Website or logging in via the Google authentication service, the Customer (Buyer) gives the Service Provider (Seller) consent to collect and process information available from the respective profile.

3.3. The Service Provider (Seller) does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases stipulated by law or when necessary to perform a contract with the Customer (Buyer).

3.4. Any personal data that becomes known to the Service Provider (Seller) is stored and processed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the GDPR, and other international standards.


4. Use of Technologies for Information Collection


4.1. The Service Provider (Seller) uses various technologies to collect information from the Customer's (Buyer's) device and about the Customer's (Buyer's) actions on the Website, including cookies and other tracking technologies.

4.2. The Service Provider (Seller) reserves the right to use automated scripts, plugins, and other software products for the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal and other data provided by the Customer (Buyer) during the use of the Website.

4.3. The Service Provider (Seller) may use third-party services for data analysis, advertising campaigns, and other similar purposes, requiring such services to comply with applicable privacy regulations.


5. Cookies


5.1. The Service Provider (Seller) may collect certain information using technologies such as cookies.

5.2. Cookies help make the use of the Website more convenient, for example, by not requiring the Customer (Buyer) to repeat the login process during the next visit. The Service Provider (Seller) uses both persistent and session cookies.

5.3. By agreeing to the use of cookies upon first visiting the Website, in accordance with the provisions of these Rules, the Customer (Buyer) gives the Service Provider (Seller) permission to use cookies during each subsequent visit.

5.4. The Service Provider (Seller) has the right to allow third parties, such as advertising and/or analytics service providers, to collect information using these types of technologies directly on the Website. Such data is protected in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of these third parties.


6. Transfer of Information and Data


6.1. The Service Provider (Seller) may disclose information, including personal information:

In response to a subpoena, court order, or request for cooperation from law enforcement or other government agencies; to establish or exercise legal rights; to defend against legal claims.

When the Service Provider (Seller) believes disclosure is appropriate in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding illegal activities, fraud, or other wrongdoing; to protect the rights, property, or safety of users; to comply with applicable law or cooperate with law enforcement; or to enforce the Terms of Service or other agreements.

7. Protection of Personal Data


7.1. The Service Provider (Seller) takes appropriate security measures to protect Customers' (Buyers') personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. All data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.

7.2. However, no system can be entirely secure. Therefore, the Service Provider (Seller) cannot guarantee that personal information will always remain secure.

7.3. The Service Provider (Seller) ensures the protection of personal data received in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the generally accepted practices of data protection in the Internet community, and in strict compliance with international standards in the field of collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data of Internet users.


8. Rights of the Customer (Buyer)


8.1. The Customer (Buyer) has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

8.2. The Customer (Buyer) has the right to access their personal data, including the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, and the right to data portability.

8.3. The Customer (Buyer) has the right to file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority if they believe their rights have been violated.

8.4. In case of dissatisfaction with the result of the collection and processing of personal data, the Customer (Buyer) has the right to file a complaint with the Authorized Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or file a complaint in court.


9. Final Provisions


9.1. The Customer (Buyer) is personally responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy for any changes. The Service Provider (Seller) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or supplement the Privacy Policy at any time without prior or further notice.

9.2. The Service Provider (Seller) will publish such changes and/or additions on the Website at https://celena.io/police.html. Continued use of the Website and its services after any such changes constitutes full agreement with such changes and additions.

9.3. If the Customer (Buyer) does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they have the right to delete their account on the Website and discontinue using the Website.
