Privacy Policy

The following provisions regarding the confidentiality of personal data constitute the official Privacy Policy of the website https://celena.io/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") when providing services and selling products by the Contractor (Seller).

The Contractor (Seller) recommends that Customers (Buyers) carefully read this Privacy Policy when using the Site. By using the Site, the Customer (Buyer) accepts the rules described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," international regulations concerning the collection, processing, protection, and use of personal data, as well as other regulatory documents governing the processing, storage, and transmission of personal data on the Internet.


Purpose of Using Personal Data:

  • Conducting the activities of the Contractor (Seller), which includes providing services and selling software products.
  • Administration of the Site.
  • Providing Customers (Buyers) with the ability to use the services of the Site (use the CMS and purchase products on the site).
  • Sending notifications and messages to the Customer's (Buyer's) email.
  • Other uses of personal data that arise during the provision of services on the Site.

Collection, Processing, Storage, and Transmission of Personal Data of Customers (Buyers):

The collection, processing, storage, and transmission of personal data provided by Customers voluntarily shall take place under the following conditions:

  • A Customer (Buyer), who is 18 years of age or older, registering on the Site voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data by the Contractor (Seller), which includes data entered during the account creation and in the personal cabinet.
  • Processing of personal data includes any actions or a set of actions related to collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use, and dissemination (implementation, transfer), or deletion of Customer's (Buyer's) personal data for the purposes of ensuring the operation of the Site.
  • The scope of personal data of the Customer (Buyer) subject to processing, which may be included in personal databases, is determined as any information about the Customer (Buyer) (as entered in their account) that becomes known to the Contractor (Seller).
  • By registering an account on the Site, the Customer (Buyer) confirms their acquaintance with the Site's Privacy Policy and acknowledges understanding their rights as defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," as well as the purpose of the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data. The Customer (Buyer) also agrees that the term for processing their personal data is indefinite.
  • Personal data provided is processed and may be stored in the personal data database or a separate table in the Site's database.



Information and Data Collected During the Use of the Site:

  • The Contractor (Seller) may collect information that can identify the Customer (Buyer): name, surname, contact phone number, email address ("personal data"). By using the Site, the Customer (Buyer) consents to the collection, analysis, and storage of the above-mentioned data.
  • By registering on the Site or logging in using Google authentication services, the Customer (Buyer) consents to the Contractor (Seller) collecting and processing information available from the respective profile.
  • The Contractor (Seller) does not transfer personal data to third parties but reserves the right to transfer the information received to state bodies and departments upon request in accordance with the laws and other regulations of Ukraine, as well as norms of international law.
  • All personal data that becomes known to the Contractor (Seller) is stored and processed on servers located in Ukraine in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation. The place of storage and processing of personal data is in Ukraine.


Technologies for Collecting Information:

  1. The Contractor (Seller) uses various technologies to collect information from the Customer's (Buyer's) device and about the Customer's (Buyer's) actions on the Site.
  2. The Contractor (Seller) reserves the right to use automated scripts, plugins, and other software products for the collection, processing, storage, and transmission of personal and other data provided or transferred by the Customer (Buyer) during the use of the Site.
  3. The Contractor (Seller) reserves the right to modify the methods of collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal and other data obtained from the Customer (Buyer) during the use of the Site. Any changes to the conditions for the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal and other data are carried out publicly, with mandatory notification of the Customer (Buyer) via the Site.


Cookies Files

  1. As part of the Site's activities, the Contractor (Seller) may collect certain information using technologies such as cookies.

    Revision of the Privacy Policy dated "24th" April 2023.

  2. Cookies are small text files that store information directly on the user's computer, mobile phone, or other device.

  3. Using cookies, the web server can save preferences and settings on the Customer's (Buyer's) computer, mobile phone, or other device, which is then automatically restored during the next visit. Cookies help make the Site more convenient to use, for example, so that the Customer (Buyer) does not have to repeat the login process during the next visit. The Contractor (Seller) uses both persistent and session cookies. Persistent cookies remain on the Customer's (Buyer's) computer for a longer period of time, while session cookies are automatically deleted when the browser window is closed.

  4. For providing services on the Site, the Contractor (Seller) uses the following cookies: google cookies, hash, and site ID.

  5. The Contractor (Seller) automatically collects information from the Customer's (Buyer's) browser or device during visits to the Site. This information may include the IP address, device ID and type, browser type and language, operating system (mobile system used by the device), pages requested by the Customer (Buyer), access times, and the geographical location of the access device.

  6. By allowing the use of cookies during the first visit to the Site, in accordance with the provisions of these Rules, the Customer (Buyer) grants the Contractor (Seller) permission to use cookies during each subsequent visit.

  7. The Contractor (Seller) has the right to allow third parties, such as providers of advertising and/or analytical services, to collect information using these technologies directly on the Site's web page. Such data is protected in accordance with the current privacy policies of these third parties.


Transmission of Collected Information and Data:


The Contractor (Seller) may disclose information, including personal data:

  • In response to a subpoena, court order, or official request, to cooperate with law enforcement or other government bodies; to establish or exercise legal rights, or defend against legal claims.
  • When the Contractor (Seller) believes disclosure is appropriate in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding illegal activity, fraud, or other wrongdoing; to protect the rights, property, or safety of users; to comply with applicable law or cooperate with law enforcement; or to enforce the Terms of Offer or other agreements.


  1. The Contractor (Seller) notes that personal data of Users will not be transferred outside the European Union.


Regarding Personal Data Protection:

  1. The Contractor (Seller) takes security measures to protect Customers' (Buyers') personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, the Contractor (Seller) cannot guarantee that personal information will always remain secure.

  2. The Contractor (Seller) secures and protects personal data obtained in accordance with Ukrainian law, general data protection practices in the Internet community, and strictly in accordance with international norms for the collection, processing, storage, and transmission of users' personal data on the Internet.


Customer's (Buyer's) Rights:

  • The Customer (Buyer) has the right to delete their account on the Site.
  • Obtain information about third parties requesting access to their personal data or third parties who have been granted access to the Customer's (Buyer's) personal data.
  • Obtain information about the personal data collected by the Contractor (Seller) and access such data.
  • Submit a motivated demand to the Contractor (Seller) objecting to the processing of their personal data.
  • Submit a motivated demand for changes or deletion of their personal data by the Contractor (Seller) if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate.
  • If dissatisfied with the collection and processing of personal data, the Customer (Buyer) has the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights or file a complaint in court.


Final Provisions:

The Customer (Buyer) bears personal responsibility for reviewing the Privacy Policy for any changes. The Contractor (Seller) reserves the right to change or supplement the Privacy Policy at any time, at its discretion, without prior or subsequent notice. The Contractor (Seller) will publish such changes and/or additions on the Site at https://celena.io/police.html. Continued use of the Site and its services after any such changes indicates full agreement with those changes and additions. The moment of changes to the Privacy Policy is the date of publication of its new 2.4.4 on the Site at the specified address.

In case of disagreement with the Privacy Policy terms, the Customer (Buyer) has the right to delete their account on the Site and stop using the Site.
